Privacy Notice

This notice describes how Monitor Sports Picks uses information when you request free access to the daily selections.

Email signup

We collect the email address you submit, the time of your signup, and the version of the signup notice. We use this information to provide access and, with your signup consent, send Monitor Sports Picks updates. Signup data is stored using Cloudflare and sent to our existing LeadsX form service for contact management. Access is granted after the signup is saved; a delayed contact-service transfer does not prevent access.

Cookies and service data

An essential, secure session cookie keeps this browser signed in for up to 30 days. It contains a pseudonymous identifier rather than your email address and is not readable by page scripts. Signing out removes this browser's cookie. We use a hashed network identifier for temporary signup rate limits. Hosting providers may process technical request data to deliver and protect the service.

The site uses Google Analytics for aggregate website measurement and Google Fonts for typography. These providers receive request information when their resources load. We do not include your email address in analytics events.

Retention and your choices

We retain signup information for access and contact management until it is no longer needed or you request deletion, subject to any necessary legal retention. Signing out does not delete the signup record. You can unsubscribe from marketing using the instructions in any marketing email. This service is intended for adults aged 21 and over. Source websites have their own privacy practices. Please do not submit another person's email address.
